For illustrator Kashmira Sarode art lies in the details! Currently she lives in Bangalore and works as Art Director/Design Curator at Campus Diaries (an online magazine) by day, and freelance illustrator by night.
Her sketchbook is full of drawings of mindscapes:
I usually start drawing at 3 am when my mind is the most active! I love drawing at night because people distract me in the daytime.
Being fascinated with the beauty of the idols of Hindu gods, Kahmira did a series of illustrations based on Indian gods and goddesses as part of her personal project at the SVA summer residency. They were exhibited at the Flatiron gallery later on.
