“When you lay your eyes on it, you know that there is more than meets the eye,”- Sanket says. He believes that this style of designing is more engaging and triggers everyone differently.
Lately Sanket worked on creative briefs of Cafe Coffee Day, Cafe Cuba, Whimsy Store and ShowUsYourType. Back in 2012 his identity project ‘LADLI’ won Cannes Young Lions Design, India.
“My experience at the Cannes Young Lions Design, 2012, which I qualified for along with my partner Prerna Sharma, was one that changed the way I looked at brave designs, – he remembers. The first time she suggested we should use a strong male symbol like a moustache, it made me uncomfortable but it eventually sent us to Cannes – where we lost to an idea that we gave up on ourselves thinking of it as being too obvious! A good execution of a simple idea that communicates the message is what is needed sometimes.”
Recently Sanket along with Rocketscience Films created films and idents design for Kyoorius Designyatra ’14.
