Divya and Pragya Batra have a passion for silver that they’ve harnessed into striking handcrafted jewelry under the Quirksmith label.
In their own words, Divya is Kingpin at Quirksmith, heading design and production. Pragya is the Social Bee, heading marketing, sales & operations, and customer relations.
As Quirksmith designs speak to young women (by age or mind), they decided to stay accessible to the larger population of women:
“Our target audience is independent and fierce women, who are not afraid to speak their mind or follow their heart. We are also an online first brand. We do not have a physical store, and we do not supply to any stores. We reach out to our customers through pop ups and design showcases across the country. Beyond that we are available on Quirksmith.com, and Myntra, and we do collections with Jaypore.com every few months.”

Divya and Pragya want to make Quirksmith synonymous with statement designs, evolving in a cult brand when it comes to jewelry designs.
“Work for the experience of it and the people and amazing outcomes will naturally follow,” – they believe. “Over the years we have realized that we are attracted to working and collaborating with people who are not just great at their work, but also good human beings.”
